To check your OnTrac delivery status, enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping confirmation, retailer order page, delivery notification, or package label.
After submitting your tracking number, review the latest status, shipment progress, delivery date, and any available delivery notes. If the result does not appear immediately, check that the number is typed correctly and that you are using the carrier tracking number rather than only a retailer order number.

Check around your door, porch, and mailbox, and ask your neighbors first — drivers often leave parcels in a safe spot. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact the seller or OnTrac customer service at +1-800-334-5000 with your tracking number ready.
Does OnTrac deliver on weekends?
In much of its US network, yes. OnTrac delivers seven days a week across most of its service area, including Saturday and Sunday delivery in select areas. Your tracking page shows the expected delivery day.
