UniUni tracking numbers are alphanumeric codes like UUS65Q5591234549662. Numbers starting with UUS are usually US orders; JY2 or GV2 are usually Canadian. If your tracking shows no updates yet, the seller is probably still processing your order — UniUni’s estimated delivery date only appears once it physically receives your parcel.

My delivery attempt failed. What happens now?
UniUni automatically tries again within 48 hours — you do not need to do anything. If the second attempt also fails, your parcel goes back to UniUni’s warehouse, where it is stored for 30 days. Contact UniUni Customer Support to arrange a re-delivery.
Can UniUni deliver to a PO Box?
No. UniUni does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes. If your address is a PO Box or is incorrect, the delivery attempt will be rejected — update your address details and request a re-delivery.
How do I change my delivery address or instructions?
Submit your request through the chatbot on UniUni’s support page. Do it fast — if your parcel is already out for delivery, the new instructions may not reach the driver in time.
